Green horizons is terrible! Does not show up on time, always over bills us and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!! Do not go with them! We regret using them! Can't believe how rice and unresponsive they are!! more

Green Horizons has proven to be the worst lawn company we've used. They have been late, unresponsive, unreliable and have the provided the worst customer service. When we call to request a service the men who answer the phones are condescending and rude also don't expect to get the same answer twice, seems they don't keep any account notes. Unreliable, condescending and rude seem to be a trend with these reviews. You get what you pay for cheap low quality service. more

Big box lawn care company that provides bad customer service. Weekly mowing price is low, but price of other services is high. I used Green Horizons for one year to care for my lawn, which was newly sodded and in need of special attention when mowing. GH routinely failed to mow large parts of my lawn, threw my water hoses on top of my plants (without apology or even responding to the complaint), and recommended services that were ill-advised for a newly-sodded lawn. I don't recommend Green Horizons. It's the Walmart of lawn care companies. Instead, pay a few bucks more for a local company to do the job with more care and attention to detail. more

Over the years, quality of service has declined significantly. Damaged my step three years ago, claimed they would fix it, and never did. Poor customer service. more

Green Horizons have been mowing and fertilizing my lawn since 2008. They?re committed to satisfying their customers. I?ve had a problem with the mowing. The crew missed a spot, I called customer service and they fix the problem right away. The crew came back that same day, and took care of it. Other than that minor problem everything else has been smooth. I have and will continue to recommend Green Horizons. more

I have used Green Horizons for 14 years and we have been very satisfied with the service. They have a fully staffed office and they are very friendly. The service is also reasonably priced but yet high quality. I will recomended them to a number of friends and family. more

My wife and I have used Green Horizons for years, for all our services. They are very reliable and friendly. I like the fact that you can sign up for services online and they have a very knowledgeable office staff. My yard looks great, as a result several of my neighbors now use them. more

I have used this company for over 10 years. They have done all of my yearly outdoor maintenance. From the basic mowing to installing an sprinkler system. I did have an issue with their leaf clean up in the fall once, I called them and they returned that night to clean the area missed. I would recommend them to whomever asked. I feel that they have worked out any issues that have come up. more

I have paid for snow removal service. They either do not show up or show up whenever they feel like it. I cannot leave my house. Terrible service, irresponsible company. They will also not refund your money and their customer service is absent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. more

When Green Horizons Does a good job, they do a do a good job. Unfortunately, when they do a bad job they equally excel. We had a great spring clean-up - no problems, a great job. Had to call them to come back out in the fall, as we could not tell they completed the second scheduled cleanup. On the do-over, they left a pile of leaves at the curb, and had to be called again for a pick-up. No offer of discount, slightly condescending apology from customer service. more

I can't tell you how incredibly bad the service is from this company. They never respond to emails. I have on more than one occasion had to contact the owner of the company himself to get issues resolved. There isn't enough room here to list every problem I have had with these people but it ranges from billing problems to actually understanding how to do lawn service. The latest issue came up when I signed up for fall cleanup services. They were to come 2 times between Oct 15th and Nov 20th to remove leaves. On Oct 30th, they had not shown up yet for the 1st time. I looked at my account online and confirmed that they had received my request for services and were indeed showing that none of the services had yet been completed. I sent an email asking for them to confirm the dates when the services would be completed. They never got back to me but sent people the next business day to blow the leaves. Then sent me an email saying they had completed the fall cleanup service (not having completed the 2nd leaf removal service date). I responded by email stating that they need to complete the second service date and have received no response. This is just one example. The list is endless. more

I can't rate their service, they didn't show for the scheduled appointment. From day 1, I told them preferred time or days for the sprinkler blowout. They scheduled me for late day, then changed it to mid day. He agreed to go back to late day, but then no one showed up. I emailed to ask for a reschedule, they didn't reply. Since emails in the past have been hit or miss dealing with the Groupon, I chose the refund option from Groupon and will move on to someone who will do the sprinkler blowout. Too bad for the company, I need additional service on my sprinkler system, they would have profited from doing the service I had paid to have done. more

I have hired this company to plow my snow. I pay $80.00 per month for anything over 1 1/2 inches. So far they have only showed up in a timely fashion 3 times for the 13 snow events. Today we are sitting on the 2nd day after 18 inches with a driveway full of snow. I have called, and e-mailed. They do not even answer the phone. You cannot even leave a message. I went on Angie's list, and found many others with the same complaint. I won't ever use them again. more

You can order services online which is very convenient! I love being able to see what date they were out and what they did with the ability to order other services if need be. Online access to your account with fast reliable service. They came out and did an estimate the same day I filled out a request, they then called me to let me know they left me an estimate. I then ordered service online and that's it. Couldn't be happier Pros: Online Ordering & Billing = Hassle Free more

They respond quickly to your request for services and offer great ideas for getting your yard looking good. Price is right and there is always someone available to answer your questions. more

Great job, these guys are out right away and take care of any snow for me from a dusting up, and also come every week in the summer - I highly recommend Pros: reliable, friendly, inexpensive more
