I worked for Dolphin Staffing from Nov 2008 to Nov 2009. I was given an assignment and have been with that assignment for the past year. Unlike other temp agencies you need to log 2000 hours with Dolphin in order to receive 1 week paid vacation. Conveniently they are now telling me that they do not have a benefits card on file for me so they can only count my hours after Jan 1 2009 for Vacation eligibility....Ridiculous. The lengths they will go for a few bucks. I feel completely taken advantage of and I can't wait to be off their payroll. Do your research will all temp services before you sign up....I wish I would have. I wouldn't go back to this outfit if they were the last agency around.
