Review content:
I received a call from Scott Andrew about a debt I was never informed of from Baker College. He thought I was an idiot and treated me as such. He tried to demand instant payment by check or the debt would post to my credit report instantly. I told him I was going to contact Baker to figure out what was going on and he said they would just refer me back to him. Scott kept on pushing that I pay him now! I refused. At the end of our initial conversation he then notified me that anything I said could be used to collect the debt (basically in court, and being recorded). Pros: They are respectable if you understand the FDCPA and tell them. Cons: Very rude initially and treat you as a low life bum.
