These people are horrible. It's very obvious they have never been trained in costumer relations. My 17 yr old daughter had answered the phone & Mr. Romen asked for my husband. My daughter stated that he wasn't available. He told her that he was calling about the accident she had in the school parking lot earlier this year. He told her that a ""warrant"" was going to be issued for her & my husband's arrest because we did not have insurance on the car she was driving. She told him there was insurance on that car. He wouldn't listen. After hanging up she told me that she had received the strangest call. It was some man saying that there was going to be a warrant out for her arrest because of the accident at school & he said that we didn't have insurance on the car. I immediately called the number she was given & asked for this man & of course he was not available. I was transferred to a Mrs. Wilson, supposedly his supervisor. I tried to explain that he had questioned my 17 yr old & he had scared her to death by threatening her with a warrant for her & my husband's arrest. I tried to tell her that I did not appreciate the manner in which he spoke to my daughter. She defended him by saying that he would never say that. Then she said she wouldn't talk with me because I was not involved. After realizing my daughter was with me, she spoke with me. I explained that we did have insurance. She would not listen, threatened me with license suspension. Finally she told me that AAA, the other Ins. company, submitted a bill to them. She said that we would not pay so AAA hired them. I told her we never received a bill from AAA. Explained that both kids had exchanged info with Ins. listed. She tried to accuse my daughter of not changing her address when she moved. I said she never moved. We were guilty & nothing was changing her mind. I had my Ins. Co. send her proof. She said it was enough to end collections. I wish I had a way to do something to them for the
