Review content:
If I could give them a negative number for a rating, I would give them a -10. I received a phone call from this company about a debt for a medical bill. They started the phone call by asking me for my credit card or bank information without identifying themselves. How many people are going to give out their personal info over the phone to a stranger? Then, I asked for a copy of the itemized bill which is my right as a consumer to know what was I being charged for. This man began accusing me of lying when I told him I never received one from the hospital. Then, he began accusing me of trying to avoid my debt because I wanted a copy of the bill. I don't mind paying my debts if I know what I am paying for and it is a valid debt. However, to call someone and start demanding their personal banking information is way out of line. To accuse them of outright lying is even more unprofessional when I have never sopken with these people before.
