Review content:
I went in because they came up on my search for an oil change near my work in Downey. When I called in, they were very nice and friendly and said they can fit me in today and they would have the oil change done within 30 minutes. When I went in, they greeted me politely and I did not feel like I was at your usual auto repair shop, they did not push me to fix anything else or make me feel uncomfortable waiting for my car. I waited on their comfortable couches and watched ESPN. My car was done within the 30 minutes promised, but I noticed they do smog checks and I was planning to get it done next week around home. I asked how long a smog check would take and they said they can do it within 20 minutes and they did. The prices were fair, but I was happy with how comfortable they made me feel and I felt as if they cared. The accurate timeframe for the work to be done was also great! I think the place is owned by a nice family and they seemed honest! I'm not sure about other car repairs, but I was very satisfied with my oil change and smog check and recommend this repair shop!
