I was so excited that they could come the same day I called. Within an hour after 2 technicians arrived, I had a new sofa!! And this was no easy task, let me tell you. It was severely damaged from pets and it's tufted so it's not that easy to get in all of the cracks. Another thing, I really wish more people took as much pride in their work Blue Whale Carpet Care does. In fact, I'm inspired to do the same!
