It was a very pleasant experience from the first moment. Immediately we knew their carpet care promised detailed cleaning because of their personal professional appearance, friendliness and calm demeanor. Sure enough we were not disappointed. The cleaning was phenomenal. Every single stain had disappeared entirely, plus within 2-3 hours the whole house had completely dried. I give you guys 5 STARS for quality cleaning, attention to detail, clear communication with us, promptness, duration of time spent for the service, and cost effectiveness. Just one thing about this company I want to mention. When my brother in law gave me their phone number he said to me, I am telling you that this company is number one right now. If you not so sure, then trust me. I have seen with my own eyes how clean the carpets got in the hallways of the building I work. They cleaned so deep that the colors came out of the carpet I didn t know it had. My brother in law was exactly right, and I write this review because Blue Whale Carpet Care showed me with actions one thing. What other bussinesses promise, Blue Whale Carpet Care actually delievers as a result for their customers. They come and they take care of bussiness. Carpets or couches get very clean and dry completely in maybe 2-3 hours. Great Job!!!!! more

I was so excited that they could come the same day I called. Within an hour after 2 technicians arrived, I had a new sofa!! And this was no easy task, let me tell you. It was severely damaged from pets and it's tufted so it's not that easy to get in all of the cracks. Another thing, I really wish more people took as much pride in their work Blue Whale Carpet Care does. In fact, I'm inspired to do the same! more

I really appreciated how this company handled cleaning my furniture and rugs. I have some pretty expansive oriental rugs and a microfiber sectional couch. The couch was dry and clean couple hours after they left, and the 3 rugs took about 4 more hours but they are fresh, clean and look like they came out of the store. I am writing this review because the carpet cleaning service this company offers is the best quality that I ever saw. They had lots of positive reviews and when I contacted them I immediately felt that this bussiness is for real. Customer service person answered all my questions, provided me with a reasonable quote over the phone and I decided to go ahead and book them for the next day in the morning. 2 impressive looking technicians showed up on time, reassured me that what was promised over the phone is going to remain intact and then proceeded to clean the whole house including stairs upstairs and down to the basement within 2 hours. Thery left at around 1:oo pm, and by 3:30 pm that afternoon the carpet was completely dry looking as good as the day it was installed almost 6 years ago. Thank You!!! more

I will never even consider using anyone else except Blue Whale Carpet Care for carpet cleaning! My carpets were filthy! I had to get it cleaned but I waited so long because the company before charged me way too much and I could not afford it at the moment. I have dogs and cats and they urinated on the floor, besides all of the food and drink stains. I found these guys online and the website impressed me enough to call and schedule cleaning. Wow was I happy! They made my house spotless and it was almost half of the price of the previous company. I hired them to come a couple days later because that was the only time I could do it. The reason I am spending my time writing about some business is because they have earned it. Blue Whale showed up and made the entire house brand spanking new in a matter of 2 hours. First floor, second floor bedrooms, and the stairs. Not a single stain came back, the carpet looks so good it can pass for a brand new one. I found this company online, they had many great reviews from clients so I checked out their website. They had a way to find out the prices for different services without having to call. I looked up the prices for carpet cleaning for my house and they were very reasonable for us. When I called to set up an estimate appointment I knew this was a professional carpet cleaning business. They answered all my questions, confirmed everything I read on the website and I decided to get it done the next morning because I had time in the morning. The next day a brand new van showed up on time to my house, and a couple of nice sharp looking tech guys came in and did an amazing job every step of the way. My entire house was finished in an hour and a half. Carpet looked amazing all the stain and dirt was out and it was almost fully dry, before they had left. They also assured me that in about 2 hours the carpet will be completely dry and the stains are not coming back in a couple of days. Well a week went by and the house looks great, the carpet is so clean it looks like we had just installed it brand new. Blue Whale Carpet Care is an excellent local carpet cleaning bossiness, and will be using their service in the future for sure! more

Finally My carpets are clean and I am happy! It's been a week and I know that stains aren't coming back, which is incredible. They came over and in less then 2 hours my whole apartment became super clean. Plus it was dry completely like an hour after the cleaners had left. I love Blue Whale Carpet Care! Really wonderful service; our carpets look so good - still, two months after our first cleaning by Blue Whale Carpet Care! Our GREAT! experience started with the phone call to find out more about the company's prices, services offered, etc. The customer service lady with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She answered all concerns and I decide to book an appointment. The next morning, they arrived for cleaning. Again, the 2 tech guys were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made some recommendations but was not pushy with the extra products. Overall, competitive prices, and the best carpet cleaning I ever had. !!!! more

I'm super pleased with Blue Whale Carpet Care. These guys arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. We had some VERY highly trafficed areas that needed a deep steam cleaning. I felt that the quote for my place was VERY reasonable as long as they were going to fulfil their promise. They were QUICK and GOOD. Within about 50 minutes they were done and my carpet looked amazing. The carpet was also only minimally damp once they left and was totally dry by the evening. My only regret is that I hadn't called these guys sooner! I've struggled with renting a rug doctor and lugging that thing around, it cost nearly as much after rental fees and carpet soap! more

We found this company online and we are greatful to have found them. The technicians showed up the same day, and did a super job cleaning the upstairs bedrooms where our cat peed all over, the carpets got clean and the smell was completely eliminated. They also offered to clean the rug and a love seat downstairs and the results was that it looked cleaner and better then we could remember. OK, the last company we used it was a complete disaster! The problem we had with them was that their office was not able to give us an exact price and said we had to wait till the technicians show up. This worried us a little. When they showed up they quickly began to vacuum and spray the carpet with some soap before asking us to agree to a total of 140 dollars more then quote we got over the phone, obviously we got angry and asked them to leave immediately. Then we searched Online and found Blue Whale Carpet Care! and they were an answer to our prayers!! They told us about their company, the cleaning procedures used and the PRICES they charge during an initial call. We were able to schedule them that same day to clean the carpet that another company did not. They were on time, clean, professional, and the price was exactly what they said over the phone, What's even more impressive is that the SUPPERIOR QUALITY OF THE ACTUAL CLEANING was exactly like the cleaning technicins promised. Last time we had our house cleaned in 2 days most of the dirty spots came back, I think it actually got dirtier. Luckily my neighbor recommended Blue Whale Carpet Care to us. She insisted to give them a try and said that did amazing job doing their house back in September. Being the skeptic that I am, I still looked around online for different quotes before checking out Blue Whale. When I finally checked them out what impressed me right away was the amount of positive reviews about them all over the internet, like YP online, citysearch, google and yahoo locals and so on. So we called them and immediately felt confident because their customer service rep was very knowledgeable courteous and proffesional, answering my concerns and offering to arrive the same day if necessarily for a free quote and even a free demo. I agreed they arrived in 2 hours exactly like we agreed confirmed the price ( very reasonable) and proceeded to clean so good that I couldn't believe it. In less then 2 hours entire 3 bedroom house was done and honsetly it was almost dry even as the cleaners were leaving. They really surprised me with such amazing results and I would refer them to all my best friends. Wow!!!! more
