Review content:
Have been there before. Food has always been average to above average with good service. Understand it was Mother's Day but service was below average. Waitress was serving over 10 tables with 4+ people at each. Buffet food was cold by the time you got it back to your table. Food looked as though it was prepared the night before. Syrup in a pre-packaged plastic container added class. I've had better quality on Amtrak. Tried to charge us an extra adult for a 9 month old. Charged us 18% gratuity for 4 people and a $21.00 service charge. This may be the last time we go. Very disappointed.
