This was a tiny little shack when I first started eating there. The BEST Mexican food I ever had. Then they had to expand. This was done at the cost of service and quality of food. Ever bit into a half frozen Chile Rellnos? Neither had I until after the expansion. Typical long waits in the original version was extended to agonizingly long waits. And the quality of the food was obviously cheapened, you could taste the cheap cuts of beef and chicken from what was once the best. And to top it all off, after you eat all that salty food they take the liberty to charge you for any soda refills. Thats pretty dang weak if you ask me. $6 for a couple of cokes, PER PERSON?!?! Thats just sheer greed people. Most great restaurants take a turn for the worse after expanding...This one proves that.
