I also had an experience with Pam like Alexa 1 below. My son went to Honduras in January and requested through his brother that his membership be put on hold for three months. His brother was told to give his signature and that they would do it, but she continued to charge his ATM card. My son has since decided to remain in Honduras another year, so I, his father, went there and asked that his membership be put on hold until his return. She replied that she couldn't do that without my son's coming in and giving his signature. I asked her - did she expect my son to fly back from Honduras just to sign a piece of paper? I told her I would sign her piece of paper but she told me - astoundingly - that, no, he had to be the one. She has every intention of continuing to extort money from my son's bank account, so now we are forced to close it. He has been a member of this gym for quite some time and would have continued after his return. She has now lost a valuable customer. Not very good business sense in such a small town! This woman is very dishonest! Please be forewarned!!
