I used the Cleaning Authority for several years. I've had some things broken in the past, but now I've had $500 worth of jewelry stolen. On the few occasions that I've had a problem, such as something broken or this last time with stolen jewely, they would either call me at work really late after I've gone home or call me at home before I left work. Definite avoidance. No problems have ever been resolved. They never paid for anything that was broken. With the stolen jewelry, I'm really upset that I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. I definitely would not recommend them.
Pros: Decent cleaning job.
Cons: Broken and stolen items. Owners do not return calls when problems of this type.
