We have been using the Cleaning Authority since September. After a friendly consultation with the owner, Will, we decided to do a bi-weekly clean to start with the intention of moving to a weekly schedule once rapport has been established. more

A great company to work with! 9/5/2011

I've had nothing but good experiences with The Cleaning Authority. They cleaned our house for several years before the economy tanked, and now I've been fortunate enough to be able to hire them back and the owern, Will, is still a delight to work with. If there's a problem (and any problem has always been very small and due to my personal preferences) Will is very responsive and accomodating. I'm happy to have such a clean house again! more

Unresponsive and disorganized 7/15/2008

We had a nice guy come round and give us an estimate, but when I called him back to say that we would like to go ahead and book their service, he didn't call back. I called again twice. Eventually they did return our calls and said that the earliest time they could manage was two weeks away. We said OK, and made a booking. The day came and they did not turn up. We rang to talk to them about it and they said that we were not even on the computer. They seem very disorganized. Pros: None that I am aware of since they did not turn up Cons: They take a long time to respond to calls, if at all. more

Broken items. Stolen jewelry. Decent cleaning. 3/23/2007

I used the Cleaning Authority for several years. I've had some things broken in the past, but now I've had $500 worth of jewelry stolen. On the few occasions that I've had a problem, such as something broken or this last time with stolen jewely, they would either call me at work really late after I've gone home or call me at home before I left work. Definite avoidance. No problems have ever been resolved. They never paid for anything that was broken. With the stolen jewelry, I'm really upset that I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. I definitely would not recommend them. Pros: Decent cleaning job. Cons: Broken and stolen items. Owners do not return calls when problems of this type. more

Great service! 6/5/2005

The owner, Mark, came to our house and was very professional and courteous. The people who came to clean our house did a very impressive job. Our house couldn't have been any cleaner! The cost is reasonable considering everything they do and the peace of mind this service gives us. I would highly recommend this company. Pros: service, quality, reasonable cost more
