i really appreciate the people at beach front working with me. i've had some issues with my rent because i was laidoff and have had difficulty finding anything full time. the people at beach front did put notices to pay on my door but they listened to my problems and allowed me to be on a payment plan. i didn't like the late fee that they said they must charge ""everyone"" who pays late but it is hard to complain when they have been nice in every other way.
i would recommend working with beach front as my previous landlords would not have worked with me.
Pros: they do the right thing
Cons: put notices to pay on your front door
