Review content:
This was our first and last experience with Admiral Steamer. After they cleaned our carpet, spots turned a brownish color. When we called back, the lady insinuated I was lying about things the tech had told me. I was told they would return for free to fix it. When they showed up, they expected us to pay more for them to fix it, and the manager told me I was making everything up. I have never been treated so poorly by ANY business, or anyone for that matter, in my life. She was yelling at me on the phone and continued to say that her tech was telling the truth and that I was lying. Extremely inconvenient, disappointing, and rude!!
Pros: It's cheap.
Cons: It will cost you way more in the long run to replace all of or carpet that they ruin!
