I was lured in by the coupon in my monthly value pack and am writing this in hopes that others will not make the same mistake that I did. My advice to pay the few extra dollars and get PROFESSIONALS to clean your carpet. These people could care less about the job they do or the people they serve. Incompetent and rude manager (Sherry), unintelligent and lazy employees, did not stand behind their work. They ruined our carpet and then said they'd fix it. Admiral Steamer ran a coupon in the Valpak for a cleaning special. When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman stated that she could not honor that coupon because it was a misprint. Misprint or not, it's advertisement and it should be honored. I will never do business with this company and I warn every single person to heed this advice. Cons: Total Liars more

This was our first and last experience with Admiral Steamer. After they cleaned our carpet, spots turned a brownish color. When we called back, the lady insinuated I was lying about things the tech had told me. I was told they would return for free to fix it. When they showed up, they expected us to pay more for them to fix it, and the manager told me I was making everything up. I have never been treated so poorly by ANY business, or anyone for that matter, in my life. She was yelling at me on the phone and continued to say that her tech was telling the truth and that I was lying. Extremely inconvenient, disappointing, and rude!! Pros: It's cheap.
