Review content:
We had KB Complete replaced both units in the house, upstairs and downstairs. They did it in the hottest part of summer, which was not comfortable, and it was not comfortable for the guys doing the work.
We had an issue with the upstairs unit, which naturally was the one that needed the work most because of the heat. It was an out-of-box failure, and the part to repair it they did not have ready access to in the metro area, which was a little disconcerting. If you're selling a product, you need to have the parts handy, but they got on pretty quickly. They got one out of somewhere by the middle of the next day, I don't know where they got it, but they did, and the got the repair made.
We had one small issue with the downstairs unit too. The fan portion of it put us in the same situation, and they did not have the thing to replace it with. They actually ended up stealing one off another unit that was not in service, so they took it off of that and made the repair. Again, the parts need to be available to the field guys if they are going to be out there selling that. That was the only negative portion of anything, and they were all over it. They busted their rears to get the part, make the repairs, and do it as quickly as they could, so I can't fault them for that at all.
