We are not Pho experts, but eat at Pho Van regularly. We really liked Pho Huy. The service was great and the Chicken Soup and Lemongrass Chicken were very good. The owner was there and took great care of us. She was warm and friendly and motherly. She definitely gave the place a great feel. For me, Pho Van has an anonymous , almost corporate feel. Pho Huy felt personal and familial, and it was very clean. We will certainly be back again.
