Review content:
Yeah, there's beer. Yep, there's appetizers. But what Tria is really about is the cheese. The one place in Philly dedicated to serving cheese. Each cheese breed is carefully cared for before it winds up on your plate. Special refridgerated areas maintain the cheese at its ideal temperature, for ripening and for serving. Novice cheese connoisseurs can expect servers to be well verse and researched in specialty cheeses, and the menu to helpfully suggest cheese types by prefered beverage pairing. The restaurant itself intimate, and smoothly decorated. Seating was fast and comfortable even on New Year's eve.
Pros: high quality cheese, intimate atmosphere
Cons: music was jarring
