Review content:
After hearing such good comments about this restaurant I was excited to take my date there for her birthday.
I called and made reservations and informed the person that it was my date's birthday and wanted to know if they do anything like a small cake or dessert. The person replied ""Yes we will do something, I'll let your waitress know"".
The service was slow, and we had to stare at our empty plates for about 20 minutes before the waitress cleared our table and gave us the bill. Not once did my date get a ""Happy birthday"".
Sometimes it's the small things that make your day. If we had gone to Perkin's at least we would have gotten a scoop of ice cream with a candle.
I do have to give the chef credit, because the appetizers and entrees were phenomenal for the price that we paid.
Pros: Great chef, Good Prices, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Slow service, Creepy pay lot
