When making our reservation for 5:30 on a recent Friday night, we were told we would need to come by 5:00 and leave by 7:00. Although 5:00 was a stretch for us, the two hour window was fine. We got there at 5 when there were already several people ahead of us in line. We waited in the cold while staff went from the hallway through the entrance door, which was immediately locked behind them without even a nod to the customers standing in line. The implication seemed to be that they were afraid we would storm the place.
