Review content:
I called this restaurant two months ahead of time (the maximum time allowed) and asked to reserve a table for my college graduation dinner (My parents and and girlfriend's family were meeting for the first time). The restaurant gladly accepted my reservation. One week before graduation I called the restaurant to confirm my reservation, because they never called to confirm. Not only did they not have my reservation, but they refused to believe that it was their fault. ""Well, for an order that size it would have been one of our managers in charge and I don't think we would have made that mistake."" Really? They acted as though I was trying to sneak into a restaurant that I had reserved 2 months ahead of time. I understand that they are full now, but when a restaurant makes a mistake that messes up the client's graduation dinner they should at least apologize profusely and try to work something out. I am extremely upset and now have to scramble to find another restaurant that can serve 11 people in downtown Minneapolis on a Saturday evening. Honestly the food is probably good, but I wouldn't know, I only know that they have snooty management.
Cons: They Failed to Write Down My Reservation
