Having lived in Minneapolis for going on six years now, I had just about given up on finding a truly outstanding restaurant. But my dining experience this evening at 112 Eatery finally delivered. It was one of the best meals I've ever had anywhere. I could go back again tomorrow and the next night, etc.
The place didn't disappoint on any level - service was impeccable; both martinis were delicious; and every one of the menu offerings that we tried were outstanding. It was clear the chef has a gift that you don't find often.
All I can say is...I hope they are open on Sundays because I want to go back tomorrow - and - to the chef... please don't leave us for a better offer elsewhere. I finally have a restaurant I can truly love here in the TC.
