When one can master the art of cooking, it defines simplicity. Well, 112 has mastered just that. 112 spins gourmet tastes to classics like their cheeseburger smothered with melted brie cheese and hot crispy french fries.
The Foie Gras salad is perfected with tossed greens in a light vinagrette and a perfect slice of warm foie gras with the real kicker, a poached egg, deeply fried in panko bread crumbs. Truly fabulous!
The scallops are nice, nutty, delicate accompanied by cremini and oyster mushrooms. Perfect for a light appetite, as well as their famous seared ahi tuna in a cilantro-ey garlic masterpiece.
Their Tres-Leche (three milk) cake is truly to die for and their wine list is as inventive more so than any other in town.
Reservations or call aheads are a must to grab a table at this wonderful gem.
