Wow, what to rave about first, the food or the view? Both are unparalleled! I love the global influence in the ingredients and dishes! How often do you see a Thai Curry dish (very tasty), Apple wood smoked bacon crusted salmon (delicious!), Falafel, and Sesame seared Ahi, all on the same menu? The desserts are all savory and their fresh ingredients add depth to traditional dishes. Who knew sake soaked blueberries are a perfect pair for ginger cake? The organic offerings and willingness to accommodate food allergies were both appreciated. The food and ambiance are a luxurious escape! I came back within a week of my first visit and plan to make this a regular retreat for my husband and I, as well as some girl's nights, too! The service was the perfect balance between attentiveness and time to savor! A must for locals and visitors, alike!
