Review content:
While on vacation, we decided to try a restaurant with a more ""local"" flavor. Billy's seemed fun. We were seated promptly on the patio. Not something I would highly sugggest, unless you smoke. Nice view , but too noisy and smokey. Food was served promptly, but was marginal and over priced. Our server got caught up with a large group next to us, and the rest of the evening went downhill quickly. No one ever followed up after our meals were served. Drinks were never refilled. Dessert never offered. Finally a bus person cleared our plates. Still our server was rushing around the other group while we were totally ignored. We tracked down a manger. She was very agitated. The restarant, inside, had lost power. She gave us a half hearted apology, but explained she had a crisis on her hands. She must have mentioned something to our server. who was now running around with a cell phone in a panic. I am thinking she was trying to use the calculator function? Our 13 yesar old managed to come up with a pretty good calculation in her head. Again we waited and waited. At no time did anyone offer to buy us a drink, discount our bill, nothing. Stay away! Go to the Jolly Roger or Chart House next door.
