Review content:
I have been a tenant with this agency for over 9 yrs and I have found it to be wonderful. My maintenance issues are handled well with WC and the office site management has been very helpful and responsible. I have lived here once before and never had issues at that time either. Buildings are older but I find well kept and clean. Lawns are kept and property is well kept. Seeing some of the reports here I thought I would just state that I would recommend the townhouses to family if they were looking. I work with attys that handled landlord cases and in my book I find that Mercier Realty is one of the few in NF that I would recommend. PS Cindy has always been pleasant as well from the Rochester office.
