Businiess name:  Tropical Haven

Review content:
Been doing freshwater for about 10 years now and have shopped many local fish stores from Sacramento, Berkeley, Contra Costa County, and now in the Central Valley. Tropical Haven is by FAR my favorite fish and supply store to date. The owners motto, Ted, is ""the best possible quality for the lowest possible prices."" Ted answers emails, works directly with you and is the most knowlegable and polite service provider I've encountered. As for the previous comments about the help and staff.......they are busy. Be patient and let them know you are waiting. Don't just expect them to cater to you. Most of the staff there knows the business and can provide good advice. If you question it, then ask to speak to someone else. Ted is the best if he is available. As for any aquarist, I recommend doing some research and not rely soley on fish store employees. It's your job to know how to climatize and own your tank. There is a wealth of online advice out there. If you complain about Tropical Haven, to me it simply shows that you do not know what else is out there on the market. Tropical Haven cannot be beat despite the bird food spilled on the floor, or the dust.
