would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I rented from them for over 2 years and after the second time they increased my rent without notifying me, I had enough. I attempted to discuss signing a new extended lease for lower rent and one of the co-owners told me to type up a proposal and when I did he informed me they didn't do extended leases. Basically wasted my time. Then I found another home with more square footage in the same neighborhood for over $100 less a month. Upon moving out they charged $129 to clean the carpets... fine the move-out instructions said the carpets had to be professionally cleaned. Then they charged $130 to ""clean"" the empty house I just cleaned. My husband even stopped by with the other owner doing the walk through and he told my husband the place looked good. So now they say the blinds were dusty and a couple of other petty observations and that makes them think they have the right to spend $130 of my money. The person I spoke to about it was condescending and continually repeated that they were sorry I felt the way I did. Ridiculous! $130 is a good deal of money and whoever they have doing their cleaning is making a killing. I would never hire someone for that amount to do what they are ""claiming"" needed to be done. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
