I just want to say that I have been renting from Prime Properties for 5 years and Im very pleased with their demeanor with me as a tenate. What I love most about them is they treat you like family and adress any concerns imediately.Kim is the sweetest to work with and as for John he seems very understanding... They respond promptly to maintenance problems and with great proffesionalism. This matters most to me as a tenate.No matter what Prime Properties is very curtiouse and overall a great realestate company.My mother is disabled and needed a safe home in a safe neighborhood she fell in love with this property and was on a section 8 voucher program when others turned her away Prime Properties excepted her and we have been living in this property since love the home very maintained and love the people at the office.So anyone thinking about renting from them should they are great and very caring.
