I have to say that this pediatric practice has their act together! I love all their doctors. They are always able to get my kiddos in to be seen. Then I have a sheer panic moment when I realize that my teenage son needs vaccines for school. I called their nurse triage line and asked them to check his shot record. She informs me that they now have a parent portal that I can access his shot record anytime I want. I can also ask for refills on medicines and request forms for school. She also told me that my son had already had the vaccine the school was looking for and all I needed to do was give her my email address and she would sign me up for the portal and I could print out his shot record that was up to date and give it to the school.This is what a busy parent needs. ABCD is AWESOME!!!!
