This experience was the best thing to happen to this house in 50 years, because that's how long we tolerated a wet and/or flooded basement, until we finally had your company come in to 'fix' it. From the knowledgeable salesman who showed up right on schedule and provided the cost estimate on-the-spot, to the guys who came in to do the work, in an amazing 6 hour time-frame, I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend to anyone, anywhere that the Triple-Safe system from CT Basement Systems is the one to go with. Yesterday we had a power outage, and the backup battery kicked right in and took over, so that no flooding would occur as it poured outdoors. Now if there was a way to land a job with you in an office/customer service position, I'd be even happier, because I'd be representing a company that I could not only speak highly of, I now own your product and could speak with 1st hand knowledge. Thank you Basement Systems for a job well done.
