Review content:
We had 2 separate incidences of water in our basement over a 3 month period. One where the sump pump failed and the other the power was out for 3 days. I had my studio in the basement. Fortunately the first time we were home and I could rescue important items. The second time we were getting married. The service man arrived within 2 hours when the first pump failed and had the water gone in about an hour. I decided to have a triple safe pump put in with Sanidry. It should have been done to begin with. I now have a dry basement that smells dry. The process was clean and the staff were efficient, professional and tidy. They put a plastic runner down even though my home was quite in disaray from all the tracking from the basement. Thank you basement systems!
