My first three purchases from Look Puppies were great experiences, all of the three dogs were healthy and whenever I would return to the store I was remembered and treated like part of the family. My last experience however was not very good. I bought a puppy and the night I got it home it got cherry eye. I took it to the required vet per the paperwork and the vet called Marvin to ask what he was going to do about this. And mind you I not only bought four dogs from him and referred all my friends to that store as well. Well he said he would do nothing about it, not let me exchange the dog nor pay any part of the $700.00 it took to get this puppies eye back to normal plus mind you the time to help him recover. I ate the cost but how I was treated when something went wrong was not right. This store seems it's all about the money and not caring for the customer. I am not bashing this store with this review, I'm being honest about all four of my experiences. It is a dirty store as well, it is very hard to breathe while in there from the urine smell.
Pros: Service when you are buying.
Cons: Bad service after the sale.
