I love the atmosphere at Cha Cha's. I dig that they embrace the old beauty shops of glamorous Hollywood...they decor is very cool! They also embrace top notch customer service!!...

Ok. If your like me you came here because you were looking for a salon. Stop looking. You have found it. Cha Cha's is a fantastic place filled with very talented people. Talented is a serious understatement. Beyond talented, these guys are magic! They color, cut, and style my hair like magicians. Yep. They are magic. Everyone is so nice, from Mary at the front desk to my stylist Jason. I couldn't say enough positive things about this place. Did I mention that Jason is MAGIC? Call this place, make an appointment, and witness it for yourself. more

This is the best salon in town. I have been to both Jason and Cha Cha and they are both fantastic. My hair was a disaster till Jason got his hands on it. I have long hair and I wear it very blonde. Not only is my hair a beautiful shade of blonde but it is super healthy. This is the place to get your hair done in Lexington. Thanks, Guys! more

This was my second time in the shop. I went to the old location and loved it, but last week I went to the new location and was blown away! It is so beautiful. You will love it. The very best salon without question. My hair looks the best it has looked in years. Few tips: If you get color, ask for the clear gloss. It makes your hair crazy shiny. Say hello to Rudy. Stacia is amazing with highlights & blowouts, her witty banter makes the experience all the better! Maggie is great with extensions! My hair color is perfect and looks very natural thanks to these ladies. My husband goes to Josh, his mad scissor tricks provide entertainment with a great haircut as the finale. The salon is beautiful with vintage inspiration! The owners are welcoming & hospitable! Hands down best salon in Lexington! more

I look forward to getting my hair cut at Cha-Cha's every time I go! Definitely ask for Hayley. She is such a sweetheart and makes the whole time you're there such a pleasure. She really listens to what you're looking for, and is always willing to work with you so that you look your best. I'm so spoiled after having her cut my hair--no one else compares! Speaking as a girl who is very picky about her hair, I would highly recommend Hayley and Cha-Cha's to anyone! more

Cha Cha's is an adorable salon with a great atmosphere. Everyone there is so kind, especially my favorite hair stylist ever, Hayley Gleason. I used to hate getting my hair cut because the stylists would end up going their own route instead of listening to what I wanted. But Hayley has never let me down! She is so talented, kind, and easy to talk to. I recommend her to anyone I know! more

I have loved this salon. I have been regularly going to Hayley Gleason now for two years and have no complaints! We have done a variety of hairstyles and each one has turned out wonderfully! We recently tried ombre and i LOVE it. I would recommend her to anyone i know! more

I always love coming into Cha Cha's. It is a beautiful salon and everyone that works there is so friendly. I get my hair cut by Hayley Gleason and she has always done a wonderful job. I honestly couldn't say enough about how much I appreciate her. I love how she is confident and decisive, leading to a hair cut that she knows will look great on me. I have recommended her to many of my friends who now go there too! more

I was looking for a place to get my hair done while at school when found Cha Cha's and I couldn't recommend it enough! I always leave with that great ""my hair looks awesome feeling"" and overall am always really pleased with my cut and the service there. It's really relaxed and comfortable. Maggie has been cutting my hair for the last year or so and is super talented. My mom has even come from out of state to have her hair done. I'm so happy that I found it when I did =) more

I honestly can't speak highly enough for Cha Cha's. I walked in and was automatically greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Hayley Gleason has to be one of the sweetest stylists and was completely on board with what I wanted to do! She and the team worked diligently to take my hair from super dark, to bleach blonde, then dyed it Electric blue! The whole team jumped in and worked together! I was so impressed :) almost 5 and a half hours later, my hair was electric blue and poor Hayley's hands were dyed purple!\r \r Cha Cha's doesn't treat you as just someone who is there to pay for a service. They truly enjoy their jobs and are the sweetest, most professional people I have ever met. If you want quality work from quality people, choose Cha Cha's! more

I not only loved the salon itself, but I also love the young lady who did my hair, Hayley Gleason. She did such a great job! I wanted something stylish and new because I was bored with my old style. Hayley did an angled bob cut on my hair that I love and get so many compliments on! I have a few friends who have actually gone out and gotten their hair cut similar to mine because they loved it so much!\r more

Hayley Gleason did an amazing cut and color for me. For my color, I wanted a red/brown that was kind of complicated, but she was very knowledgeable on which colors would go best with my complexion. I highly recommend her!! more

Maggie has been doing my hair for the past four years. She has helped me grow it out from a very short Halle Berry style to now shoulder length. She has kept this a painless experience, and been very encouraging during the process. She also found the perfect new color for my now longer hair. Could not be anymore pleased with the results!!! I followed Zac to Cha Cha's from Planet Salon -- he had been doing my hair for about ten years. When Zac was booked and I was having a hair emergency that needed immediate attention, Maggie stepped in and she has been doing my hair for several years now. She is WONDERFUL! I love my hair appointments at Cha Cha's because everyone is so welcoming, smart, warm and fun. Receptionist Mary is da bomb, too, as she will do her best to get customers in, especially given our tight work schedules and hectic lives. LOVE LOVE LOVE CHA CHA'S! more

Christina has been my stylist(and friend) for almost 13 years now. She is great at everything..cutting, coloring, color correction(been there;), updo's and awesome blowouts... If you are new to the area or just looking for a new stylist she would be the one to go see. more
