I work at a dance school and am a trained professional dancer myself. I took my son in to get ballet shoes, and the young woman who helped us was so unprofessional that I almost walked out. We arrived half an hour before their close time, but she acted like we were holding up closing and she couldn't be bothered to help us. She kept going to the back to talk with the other workers there. She also commented as we were making our purchase that they were closing in 'exactly' five minutes, and we needed to leave so they could go to their classes. Believe me, I couldn't wait to get out of there. I almost left my son's items there, but it was the only time I could get to a dance store. They won't be getting any business referrals from me; I'll go back to ordering my dance supplies online.
