TERRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I walked into this place as a last minute resort. It reaks of smoke and is very dirty. The woman who appeared to be the owner at first told me that my little 4 lbs yorkie was too dominant and she would be unable to groom him. I thought that this was unusual but she said that she would take him. I came back and my dog was yelping and crying. She was pulling both his chin hair and his tail at the same time in opposite directions. He was extremely scared and traumatized afterward as well. I was unable to hold him without him trying desperately to get out of my arms. He acts as though he was dropped and hurt.
Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD JOB, EXTREMELY ROUGH WITH DOGS
