Gentle Groomer

I took my girl's cats in to Gentle groomer to get a lion cut and to get a bath. When we walk in its looked as if the place had never been cleaned and smelled. I heard one of the staff screaming ""SHUT UP SHUT UP"" at one of the dog's that was yelping in the back room. We came to get the cats and the they looked awful and that's only the start of the terrible experience . One of the cats had a bloody cut on its neck and she took a chunk of hair off the side of the cat's face whiskers and all! The women said ""I didn't cut the cat he had that before he got here"". The abrasion was obviously caused by her clippers . When we asked about the missing whiskers she said ? well that happens? . This women is the owner and she lied to me. When I asked for my $120 s back that was spent on truly the worst grooming I?ve ever seen . She said NO. She was rude, not gentle and I believe that she may have been drunk! TERRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I walked into this place as a last minute resort. It reaks of smoke and is very dirty. The woman who appeared to be the owner at first told me that my little 4 lbs yorkie was too dominant and she would be unable to groom him. I thought that this was unusual but she said that she would take him. I came back and my dog was yelping and crying. She was pulling both his chin hair and his tail at the same time in opposite directions. He was extremely scared and traumatized afterward as well. I was unable to hold him without him trying desperately to get out of my arms. He acts as though he was dropped and hurt. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD JOB, EXTREMELY ROUGH WITH DOGS more
