first off made appointment with friend for daughters wedding dresses, appointment time scheduled, got there and had to wait and wait, then finally one got a girl to help her and the other one still waiting, finally and they throw you in a room and tell you where the dresses are and maybe help you if they aren't busy with three other girls, rushed and hurried , even at layaway, did not ask our address , assumed what was on drivers liscense correct , and was not did not call or send anything about the dress or a reminder to make payments and they just up and cancel and the only way we knew we finally called them , never recieved a phone call , email or regular mail contact from them on layaway would not reccommend , they do not hold a candle or a bra strap to universal bride and prom in coshocton, they actually give personalized service and no appointment necessary, would reccomend someone else besides them, very poor service and hurried to push people through!
