This place is rockin' lunchtime it is slammed for good reason, the service is great fast and efficient. The food what can I say???!!! I hate to go in there during my lunch break because I want to keep on eating! The food is always fresh and tasty. If you want a different feel for the place go in for dinner my recommendations, James Hamamori is worth the wait. As the Executive Chef he is the Master, he has served me dishes that I have not seen before and his style and charisma is of the hook! The first time that you meet him, you will think that you have known him all you life. All of the sushi chefs have a great time with the customers and each other. I have always had an awesome experience there, and I continue to go back for more. I plan on visitig their new restaurant that recently opened in Lake Forest off of El Toro Rd. I'm sure that it is like all of the Wasa's Great time and Great food as expected!
