Wow what a difference. Total disappointment this time. THey had done our kitchen and decided to have them do out bathroom as well. What a disappointment. They gave us a timeline of 2-3 weeks to have the granite in. It is now past 3 weeks and they have not a clue when it will be in. We keep getting the response of ""we have to see when ther truck brings it"". Rather ironic since their supplier is 5 miles away and they can;t figure how to load it on a truck and deliver it... While the receptionist is nice there is no communication and we keep getting ""I will note it in your file..."" Now our contractor basically have to wait on them. Bad service. I wish I had checked the BBB. THey have a rating of ""F"". Now I know why. I would recommend staying away unless you have lots of time and you don;t care when they get to you...Very disappointed...
