Review content:
The thing that I like most about this company is that they are a class-act top to bottom. When my wife and I were shopping around Rochester to have our kitchen redone what we experienced was a lot of negativity among some of the other companies towards their competitors. It wouldn't shock me if a lot of these negative reviews are some of those very sleazy companies. My wife and I realize that the economy is tight right now and business tends to be a cut-throat environment but the consumer should always be everyone's priority. Metropolitan Granite only focused on the work they provided for us and what our concerns were. They actually never mentioned a competitor and the entire experience was a positive one. Ismail provided great work and his employees were more friendly than we could have asked for.
