I was quite surprised when our oysters on the half shell were served. When we ordered the waitress asked if we would like anything else. I said I would like Tabasco with the oysters. She gave me a strange look. When the oysters were served, they provided three sauces, not one of them cocktail sauce, and no Tabasco, and no lemon or horseradish. I asked for cocktail sauce, the server acted is if they didn't have any. I told her to forget it. The oysters weren't bad with the sauces they prepared, but paleeze... I don't care how nouveau a restaurant claims to be, I expect raw oysters to be served the way the are at every other exceptional raw bar.
Pros: Food came out very quick, too quick in my book.
Cons: Overwork a standard seafood dish
