Review content:
We have eaten at the Veranda several times and it has been great every time but once then it was good and still better than a lot of places. We took a friend for the first time she had the King George Fillet, not only was it cooked to perfection but I honestly thought she was going to pick the plate up and lick it, she confessed she would have if we weren't looking. We recently had my fathers 88th birthday there and the staff could not have been nicer. Dad received special treatment as well as special food that was not on the menu and the price was comprable to the other prices which for portion and flavor of meal is really resonable, almost low. Would I recommend The Veranda - oh yes, and I do all the time.
Pros: good food, friendly staff
Cons: it's North - I live South
