Review content:
We stopped into Scarritt Lincoln Mercury in Seminole FL. right next to the Mister Donut Store on Park Blvd. We live in a 55 and older community right around the corner. We are in the market for another car and Scaritt Lincoln Mercury was very convenient for us. I am writing this because I feel this should be told to everyone and not all people are treated equal. A Sales Rep. greeted us enthusiastically and was warm and friendly. She gave the wife and I a test drive in a Towncar that I was very interested in and wanted to buy. After the test drive she invited us inside for coffee and to sit at her desk. Said will work out all of the details and will have our trade-in appraised. But she never came back to us. Left us sitting there like two lost nuts. Finally another gentleman came by and took our credit information and said we will contact you first thing Monday. I stopped in two days later on Wednesday and asked why I was never contacted about a Towncar I wanted to buy. This gentleman apologized to me and said the first Sales Rep we talked to will call us this afternoon. I was never called once again. All of this transpired just over a week ago. We never heard a word. Now I admit my credit isn't the best around and I am not fortunate enough to have thousands of dollars in my pocket but a simple phone call would of been nice instead treated like lepers. Pehaps you will have better luck than us but we will never come back. Good-Luck!
Pros: Nice Cars and not too Badly Over Priced
Cons: Only Serves the Rich and not the Working Man
