Where to start? Whatever you do,don't trust this business with your valuables! Everything will be professional until they recieve your jewelry.Promised to respond within 48 hours with their offer on 14 high-end pieces I sent them.Not only has that long passed,but after getting 0 response or call backs from Jackie,evidently even Mr.Gray cannot return a call.Guess he's still in a meeting...2+ hours later.Smells very dishonest to me.Looks like I'll be in Miami soon.Ah yes,now they are closed until Monday,yet they recieved my jewelry Wed. morning according to usps.Beware..Beware....Beware
