WOW! In July of 2010 I started looking for a bike. My initial experience with Hacienda could have been better. Ed kept in contact with me and did everything he could possibly do to make sure I had a good experience with Hacienda HD. I purchased a bike on 9/24/2010 and I am sure they are happy that I finally did. I am certainly happy that I did. Ed is a super nice guy and just wants everyone to have a great experience at the dealer. He has even made changes which make it easier to get out the door prices on the bikes. The Parts guy, Brady rocks. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to all of the dealers around town and for the first time I feel appreciated and part of the Hacienda customer family. I would recommend to anyone to buy a bike there. I would buy another one there myself. I am very happy with my experience at Hacienda Harley Davidson.
Pros: They have a great selection of bikes
Cons: High pressure sales - Hard to get Out The Door Price
