Review content:
Horrible company. Useless. Constant turnover of employees. Our manager is overworked. She has the most properties since she's the most senior manager-- with only 3 years experience! Contrary to the contract she only comes one a month not twice to inspect property. She sends out letters but has absolutely no follow up. She convinced the Board that violation letters are no longer necessary and they are going to discontinue them effective July 2007. She is advocating individualism. She does not oversee the landscapers. Weeds were pulled once this year. Rock beds have never been groomed. Fence is peeling and broken. Lights have been out for over 6 weeks now. Same yards that were in violation last year are still in violation without any hearings or fines. The violations range from weeds, bad lawns, no shingles, dead trees, broken fences, bad paint. Not worth their fee.
Pros: convenient location, nice website
Cons: they don't perform their contractual duties
