As stated in the review before mine, the food at the Cedar Shack is great. The same burgers and shakes as before the Shack had burnt down. However, after what I have what I experienced red headed female, with the ""management"" tag on in the back, my family and I prefer Dariy Queen. She was beyond rude to everybody behind the counter, and half the customers she came face to face with. If I was the owner of the Cedar Shack, I would be completely ashamed to have someone like her representing my business. She rudely barked out orders left and right to her hard working employees, and was rude to a lady who was politely waiting to ask for extra napkins. All I could here from inside the crowded store was her constant barking and belittling. By far the worst show of costumer service I have ever seen, and from this point on, I am gladly taking my money somewhere else. If the Cedar Shack should come around and consider hiring a decent manager, then maybe my family and I will consider eating there once again.
