Taking my money else where 11/20/2009

As stated in the review before mine, the food at the Cedar Shack is great. The same burgers and shakes as before the Shack had burnt down. However, after what I have what I experienced red headed female, with the ""management"" tag on in the back, my family and I prefer Dariy Queen. She was beyond rude to everybody behind the counter, and half the customers she came face to face with. If I was the owner of the Cedar Shack, I would be completely ashamed to have someone like her representing my business. She rudely barked out orders left and right to her hard working employees, and was rude to a lady who was politely waiting to ask for extra napkins. All I could here from inside the crowded store was her constant barking and belittling. By far the worst show of costumer service I have ever seen, and from this point on, I am gladly taking my money somewhere else. If the Cedar Shack should come around and consider hiring a decent manager, then maybe my family and I will consider eating there once again. Sara Stumbough. Don't go there 9/29/2009

The female middle-aged Red-headed ""Management"" was soooooooooooo rude to her employees and her customers that I will never spend another dime in that place until she is gone!!!!!! I waited years for the Cedar Shack to reopen after it burned down. It finally did, and so far, everyone I know has complaints of one kind or another. (Never about the food, always about the treatment they receive). I was there last Friday (09/25) to get a burger for my husband. I went inside and got in line with everyone else (I was 4th in line). The young woman behind the counter was taking an order from a woman at the counter when the ""management"" walked up, set 2 styrofoam containers on the counter and said ""take care of these first!"". The employee apologized to the customer, then proceeded to call out the name of the person who had made the to-go order. The ""management"" then told her to call outside through the ""to-go"" window. At this point, the customer went outside so he could get his food through the ""to-go"" window. The employee went back to the original customer she was taking an order from, apologized again and asked her to resume her order. At this point, the ""management"" yelled ""if all those people are here for to-go orders, tell them to get outside to the to-go order window!"". The employee asked it we were all making to-go orders (one woman just wanted a take out menu, got it and left), the other 3 of us went outside to the window, which, by the way, is not marked in any way as the ""To-go Orders Only"" window. The woman who was now trying for the 3rd time to place her order was told that she would be called to the window when her food was ready, to which she replied ""What if I don't want to stand outside to wait for my food?"". Again, the employee apologized. I was 3rd in line, placed my order and told the employee that no one was mad at her, to which she replied ""it's management, what can I do>. This is why I will not ever spend another dime of my money there until ""the management"" changes and I will tell everyone I know about this incident. And I will give my full name Kelly A Cooley. Pros: Great Food!!! Cons: TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT more
